Abstract
Pure and erbium-doped cesium lithium borate (CsLiB 6O 10) single crystals were grown by the top-seeded solution growth method using self-flux. The growth condition of these crystals became stable by adding erbium oxide to the solution. X-ray powder diffraction patterns, thermal analysis, microscopic features, and dielectric properties were investigated.
