Abstract
SAMP - the Swedish-African Museum Programme:is a network joining museums in Sweden and in African countrieshelps to establish institutional twinships (not institutional support)encourages concrete actions by museums to change themselveswants to initiate exchange, not aid, in a dialogue between one Swedish museum and another museum in an African country.
