Abstract
This paper deals with groups G containing a fixed subgroup M(G) such that for any noninvariant subgroup H of G there exists a fan whose basic subgroups are H and M(G). Arbitrary groups of this kind are described. Also studied are groups in which each noninvariant subgroup has a fan whose basic subgroups are all intermediate subgroups.
