Abstract

Based on the observation of 183 patients suffering from conflicts of the early mother-child-symbiosis the author examines the role of the family in the rise of destructive aggression. Destructive aggression is caused by the loss of social functions of the family which becomes the stage of a dammed up aggression. Identification and communication are thus made impossible. The therapeutic technique is the analytic group therapy, which allows to put family dynamics here and now on the stage rendering possible a direct therapeutic working through. The social problem of the family will be solved by its investigation and by searching for ways of a new organisation.
