Abstract
Objectives To evaluate the use of group with lithotripsy and suction stone system for the treatment of bladder stones and renal calculi. Methods From December 2010 to August 2011,4 patients(all males;age range,42~79 years; mean age,63 years)with bladder stones were treated by grouping with lithotripsy and suction stone system.Among them,Two patients with urethral stricture(which one has a history of pelvic fracture and rupture of the urethra, urethral stricture nearly atresia, indwelling bladder fistula). The other two patients with benign prostate hyperplasia.Group with lithotripsy and suction stone system with the original equipment of hospital to treat the patients with bladder stones.Placement within the bladder with cystoscopy, plasma resectoscope or resectoscope through the bladder fistulization orifice or the urethra respectively. The outer sheath is connected with a common suction device.then the ureteroscopic or nephrolithotomy is placed into the bladder through the outer sheath, connecting saline perfusion fluid; by ureteroscopy or nephroscope operation channel, using the holmium laser lith otripsy or pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy ; at the same time open suction device, suction stone debris. Results All patients were successfully completed lithotripsy and suction stone, shorten the operation time, have a similar effect in comparison with Swiss LithoClast Master or cyberwand dual probe ultrasonic intracorporeal lithotriptor. Conclusions The treatment of bladder stones by group with lithotripsy and suction stone system with the original equipment of hospital to be safe and efficacious. In the basic level hospital, this method is worthy of popularization and application. And in the equipment of three hospitals, because of this design can use laser and pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy and suction stone, also have certain effect. And was conceived in the renal calculi in PCNL,the program can play a certain role(the Institute of PCNL has not yet formally launched, this idea has not yet been confirmed by clinical experiment). Key words: Urinary calculi ; Lithotripsy
