Abstract

The complete set of states of a detected particle is discussed in which the role of quantum dynamic characteristics is played by the coordinates of the spatial region where this particle has been produced. The function of distribution over these coordinates is an important physical characteristic of the medium where the particle is produced. It is intimately related to the spatial structure of the colliding particles and nuclei, to the problem of deconfinement, if it happens, and also to the nature of the quark-gluon plasma.
