Abstract

To illustrate relationship between group decision process and quality, we develop and test a model in which the final group decision quality can be predicted by three decision making processes. The presence of mutual interest with respect to the model is explored. Further expansion of our model involves an intervening variable; process satisfaction. The overall evaluation of the group decision making process is captured in process satisfaction variable and its association with decision quality is investigated.
