Groundwater as an object of legal relations

Abstract

The concepts of "groundwater", "underground water body", "water body" are considered. The classification of an underground water body is presented. The normative legal acts in the field of subsoil use and water use, as well as the legislation of foreign countries are analyzed. The comparison of direct groundwater objects with the legislation of foreign countries is carried out. The author's concept of classification of underground water bodies and their concepts is presented.
