Abstract

A special kind of bosonization technique and renormalization group theory are employed to study an extended ferromagnetic Kondo lattice model. An effective Hamiltonian is deduced. On the basis of this effective Hamiltonian the phase diagram is discussed, and the effects of the introduced Hund anisotropy and antiferromagnetic interaction between the local spins are clarified. The on-site interaction between the conduction electrons contributes to the effective ferromagnetic interaction between the local spins through the Hund interaction.
