We study the existence of ground states for the nonlinear Choquard equation driven by fractional Laplacian: urn:x-wiley:mma:media:mma3849:mma3849-math-0001 where the nonlinearity satisfies the general Berestycki–Lions‐type assumptions. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
