Abstract
 Purpose: The aim of this research paper is to comprehensively investigate the complications associated with imaging-assisted port catheters (IAPCs) and identify the factors influencing the occurrence of these complications. 
 Materials and methods: Between September 2012 and September 2020, imaging-assisted port catheter-inserted patients were investigated. The analysis revealed a spectrum of complications associated with IAPCs, ranging from complications such as catheter malposition, arrhythmia, catheter occlusions, catheter infections, migration, catheter fractures, and venous thrombosis.
