Abstract

Combined with the mathematical methods and system theory, grey system theory is used to solve the problem of lack of information system. The quality of staff can be regarded as a grey system. It contains the knowledge, skills, quality, work attitude, creative spirit and many other factors. By using the grey relational analysis we can identify the importance degree of these factors, and provide foundation for employee training. Based on the detail survey from some high-tech enterprises, grey relational analysis was applied to analyze the impact on the overall quality of staffrelated factors. Study finds that innovative spirit and attitude on the high-tech enterprise employees play more important role in improving comprehensive quality. Staff training should pay more attention to these two factors.
