Abstract
Clinical response to repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in major depressive disorder (MDD) is variable. Structural covariance networks have been shown to recapitulate functional network architecture and are disrupted in neuropsychiatric disorders. Whether structural covariance networks can be used to predict response to rTMS in depression is unclear. Using multivariate cortical mapping, we assessed whether pre-treatment structural covariance could differentiate rTMS responders compared to non-responders and healthy controls (HC).
