Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.The paper presents a dynamic environmentally friendly and resource saving model that considers the production and inventory decisions of one manufacturer who produces the green product. We investigate the nature of price, green level, production and inventory optimal decisions in the light of a pattern of seasonal demand, which focus on the dynamic issues, by using the optimal control theory. Finally, we use the numerical examples for simulations and systematically simulate the optimal dynamic decisions of the manufacturer and analyze the trend of them.
