Abstract

With the development of various nanofiber materials in the world, polymer nanofiber materials have been widely used, and advanced polymer nanofiber materials obtained through electrospinning technology are of great significance. Electrospinning technology is a green and simple and effective method for directly and continuously preparing polymer nanofibers. In addition, the prepared electrospun fibers have unique characteristics such as specific surface area and high porosity. This chapter provides a comprehensive review of the preparation process of various electrospun fiber materials and applies these composite nanofiber materials to the fields of adsorption, catalysis, and air filtration. At the same time, the recent research progress in the preparation of composite nanofibers by electrospinning technology is reviewed. Finally, the application prospects and challenges of electrospinning technology in composite nanofibers are described.
