Abstract

ABSTRACT This research study mainly aims to propose and measure a framework that statistically evaluates how green organizational culture affects organizational performance. More importantly, it quantitatively analyzed the mediation of green innovation while environmental performance was studied as a moderator, previously unnoticed. A quantitative technique was employed in this research, and data were gathered from one hundred seventy respondents as a sample size. A closed-ended questionnaire was used to collect data from industrial and service enterprises from the four Malaysian states. The data collected from the survey was gathered with convenient random sampling. Using the structural equation model (PLS-SEM).
