Abstract

The presence of H2S in the Black Sea and its ecosystem is discussed in general and a study is carried out on how and where the hydrogen that can be obtained can be stored. Due to these reasons, the aim of this study is decided to evaluate and rank the storage areas using a novel hybrid multi-criteria decision making model. This model consists of two consecutive stages. Firstly, fuzzy Einstein norms based Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA) is presented to obtain the weights of the criteria. Secondly, Einstein based decision making model is introduced to rank the sixteen alternatives under eight criteria and choose the best alternative. In this study, in which spatial decision-making tools on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) are used, in addition to the parameters of bringing energy to the economy, parameters such as geographical constraints, cost items and market access are also discussed. The results and sensitivity analysis show that the technique is capable of such problems.
