Abstract
Water quality -protection will be one of the most important means of ensuring the well being of the Great Lakes System. The Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement represents a great international venture to halt the degradation of this fresh-water system, and has provided the framework under which the necessary investigations, research, and studies may be undertaken. This article reviews some of the concerns and investigations of the Water Quality Board set up under the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement.
