Abstract

This article discusses DVB-T2 technology that make Englandt and Wales, and Scotland winners at the World Cup in South Africa. The brand new technology (and acronym, which stands for Digital Video Broadcasting Second Generation Terrestrial) was conceived by the DVB Project as the first major upgrade of DVB-T, which is now used in more than 35 countries to transmit digital terrestrial television (DTT).
