Abstract
This article aims to discover the risk index of the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 in Algeria, in particularwith the procedures of partial deconfinement and its consequences which can be dangerous. Therefore, it isnecessary to focus on objective statistical index to allow building effective knowledge and practices in thepost-Coronavirus phase with more caution and prevention.By using this index, countries can know the ideal moment to go towards deconfinement
