Abstract
This article aims to discover the risk index of the spread coronavirus (COVID-19) in Algeria, in particular with the procedures of partial deconfinement and its consequences, which can be dangerous. Therefore, it is necessary to base on the objective statistical index allowing to build an effective knowledge and practices in the post-Coronavirus phase with more caution and prevention.
