Abstract
The behavior of static and thick domain walls with a scalar field is studied. If there are asymptotically vacuum regions on both sides of a domain wall, their regions can be expressed by the static Kasner solutions and the relation between the Kasner parameters on both sides is the same as that in the case of thin domain walls.
