Dual Carbon Batteries Methane pyrolysis that directly splits methane into hydrogen and solid carbon is a promising no-emission hydrogen production method. In article number 2300495, Yuan Chen and co-workers show that its graphitic carbon by-products can serve as efficient anode and cathode materials to enable high-performance dual-carbon batteries.
