Abstract

The arrival of the industry 4.0 era has made the intelligentization and informationization of manufacturing become the mainstream trend. The workshop production control system needs to be more intelligent to meet the needs of real-time control and dynamic coordination. This paper proposes a production instruction service system based on graphical deduction model, constructs the structural framework of production instruction service system, establishes a graphical deduction model of smart job shop production process, and briefly describes the key enabling technology for realizing production instruction service system.
