Abstract

In article 1603544, S.-W. Kim and co-workers introduce graphene tribotronics for touch-sensing applications. The working mechanism is based on a coplanar coupling of triboelectrification and current transport in graphene field-effect transistors. The touch sensors are ultra-sensitive, fast and can spatially map the movement of a ball, multi touch etc.
