Abstract

Aims: Granulomatous slack skin (GSS) is a rare subtype of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), characterized by folds of lax skin, predominantly in flexural areas. Histopathology shows granulomatous interstitial infiltrate of atypical lymphocytes in the dermis with multinucleated giant cells, elastolysis, epidermotropism and emperipolesis. Neoplastic cells are CD4+CD8- or, less commonly, CD4-CD8+. There is no specific therapeutic regimen, and the disease is indolent with prolonged survival.
