Abstract
Granulocytic sarcoma is a rare haematological neoplasm due to extramedullary leukemic deposits. Granulocytic Sarcoma of ovary is even rare associated with chronic myeloid leukaemia and responds to imatinib treatment. A strong vigilance is required.
