Abstract
Where several interactions between a Member State and a single undertaking are closely connected, it is possible to treat them as a single measure for the purposes of Article 107(1) TFEU, and to find that the cumulative conditions of that provision are fulfilled by the measure as a whole even where the individual interactions do not do so.
