Abstract

Introduction. The socio-economic transformations of recent years are forming new demands in the economic sphere related to minimizing the stages of concluding trade transactions and optimizing the processes of bringing finished goods to potential buyers. The market of agricultural products is not an exception, which, due to industry characteristics, adapts more slowly to modern market demands, as a result of which, sales agents (intermediaries) dictate their conditions to farmers. As a result, commercial units, rather than agricultural production enterprises,
become the key market participants for the final consumers of agricultural raw materials. The modernization of sales activities and the adaptation of farmers to modern tools for selling manufactured products will also increase the efficiency of commercial activities. Objective. A comprehensive author’s study of modern trends in improving implementation activities in the agroindustrial complex. Development of recommendations for the implementation of the proposed directions in practice on the example of LLC “Nadezhda” (Stavropol Territory). Methodology. In the process of studying the issues of implementation activity in the agro-industrial complex, methods of logical and statistical analysis were used. Results. On the example of a specific enterprise, the key organizational and economic directions for improving implementation activities based on the introduction of a grain trading service are formed. Conclusions. It is concluded that when developing new approaches to the sale of marketable products, agricultural enterprises can increase the amount of income received and increase commercial efficiency.
