From Nigeria to Malawi, Kenya to South Africa, Dr John Magufuli is making waves. Everyone is talking about his incredible way of doing things. He is a social media sensation. He is the benchmark for African leaders. Many students and experts around the world will study and are already studying his governance style. This paper analyses his time in power and compares his management style to that of his other Africa counterparts.
