Abstract

A 60-year-old woman presented with a 1-month history of foreign-body sensation and redness in her right eye. Her medical history was noted for rheumatoid arthritis treated with infliximab. Her past right ocular history was significant for idiopathic panuveitis and combined pars plana vitrectomy (PPV), epiretinal membrane peel, and cataract surgery at age 49. Four years prior to her current presentation, she had undergone repeat PPV and sutured transscleral fixation of a enVista MX60 intraocular lens (IOL) (Bausch & Lomb, Rochester, NY) for a dislocated posterior chamber IOL.
