Abstract

Gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) dispersed in polyaniline (PAni) matrixes coated on titanium substrate, as a novel electrode (PAni/Ti). Scanning electron microscopy results show that Au-NPs are distributed at the surface of the PAni film. The electrochemical behaviour and electrocatalytic activity of Au-NPs/PAni/Ti electrodes were examined for electrocatalytic activity toward oxidation of hydrazine, and the results show that these modified electrodes are highly active for electrocatalytic oxidation of hydrazine.
