Abstract
The goal of the Storage Manager Working Group is to specify the standard interface (SMI) to the CFI framework component Storage Manager (SM). The SM is a general-purpose mechanism to provide access to data entities and the links among them, to support the Design Representation component, the Design Data Management component, the remainder of the CFIs framework components, and its applications. This will allow interchangeability of compliant SMs, with minimal effect on the application.
