Abstract

OBJECTIVE: The gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist stimulation protocol has become a routine treatment protocol for patients undergoing in-vitro fertilization (IVF). The objective is to determine if a difference exists between morning versus evening dosing of GnRH antagonist by assessing the effects on fertilization rates.
