Abstract
E-mail has become a pervasive technology in society that we all use, and the development and general acceptance has generally mirrored that of the web in recent times. It has become a technology that we use in our daily lives, and indeed for some, it has become a standard way of doing business. E-mail has become a critical business tool and personal communication tool with uses from catching up with your relatives to discussions about contracts. E-mail in some countries has advanced to the same legal status as traditional letters. In Australia, courts can legally serve documents on people and law firms if they provide the court with an appropriate e-mail address. Additionally, some lawyers and process servers in Australia use e-mails to serve notice and legal documents. Because of this, and the dependency of many businesses on e-mail, the reliability, security, and accessibility of an e-mail service is a critical issue.KeywordsTask ListContact ListMenu OptionRadio ButtonConversation GroupThese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors.
