Two are minor and involve the SI units for blood cell concentration values. The investigators, I am sure, meant 20 x 109/L (not 200 x 109/L) for the threshold for platelet transfusion and 80 g/L (not 80 g/dL) for the threshold for red cell transfusion (p. 178, column 2, paragraph 1).The third error is more substantive and concerns the drawing of Figure 2 (p. 179).
