Abstract
The authors have already reported the excellent result obtained by glottic reconstruction with Conley's method procedure in partial laryngectomy.The special feature of this operation is to reconstruct the larynx temporarily by covering the defected area of the extracted larynx with frontal neck skin flap previously prepared.Five patients of laryngeal carcinoma treated with this operation, one died of another disease but the remaining four are presently in good health.The reccurrence of carcinoma cannot be recagnized in two of them after five years.
