Abstract

Globalization: social and judicial aspects: Much has been said about globalization in and out of academic circles as a reality that has brought big changes in the public and especially the economic sector. However, how is this phenomenon seen by jurists? What are the social implications of globalization? Could we talk about social globalization with the same intensity that we talk of economic globalization? Through these issues, this article attempts to expose the main characteristics and the judicial and social consequences of the phenomenon of globalization.
