Abstract
This work studies the global existence of weak solutions to a doubly haptotactic cross-diffusion system modeling oncolytic viral therapy. The model was proposed to illustrate the coupled dynamics of oncolytic virus (OV) particles, extracellular matrix (ECM), uninfected cancer cells and OV-infected cancer cells in the process of the oncolytic viral therapy. It is shown that the model has a global weak solution in a smooth bounded convex domain Ω⊂Rn(n≤3).
