Abstract

In this paper, we investigate the small initial value problem for the two dimensional compressible Euler equations with the rotational Coriolis forcing. Based on the effect of Klein–Gordon equations, the L∞ estimate, the ghost weight energy estimate and the bootstrap argument, global smooth solutions are proved under the assumption of small data and zero relative vorticity.
