Abstract

The coupling relationship between utilities and main plant unit is ignored by the traditional process planning and scheduling optimization method, resulting in a certain degree of economic loss and environmental influence. In this paper, a planning and scheduling optimization method considering multi-system integration is proposed. Considering the steam system, nitrogen system, fuel gas system, water system and production process system, the planning and scheduling method with integrated optimization of utilities and production process (MIOUPP) is established dynamically. Iterative optimization of planning and scheduling integrated is adopted by MIOUPP, that can improve the effectiveness and superiority of decision-making. The application effect of MIOUPP is validly by a practical case. It shows that the integration and rolling optimization of planning and scheduling avoid the dismatch between planning and practice by considering the uncertainty of utilities, as well as improve the utilities utilization.
