Abstract

In this paper, a novel continuous robust guidance law for terminal line-of sight (LOS) angle constraint and maneuvering target interception, is proposed. The proposed guidance law based on global fast terminal sliding mode control and composite the target maneuver as system bounded lumped uncertainty estimated by extended state observer (ESO) estimator. Unlike other sliding model control based guidance law, the law present here need no priority target acceleration and perform well at chattering elimination. Stability of the guidance law and finite-time convergence was proved through Lyapunov stability criteria. Numerical simulation results are presented to demonstrate the superior overall performance of proposed guidance law and robustness on different terminal constraint, different target maneuvering and realistic situation of missile velocity variation.
