Abstract
Although uncorrected astigmatism in young children is associated with the development of amblyopia, guidelines for spectacle correction are based primarily on provider surveys.[1-2] This study compares visual outcomes in children with moderate bilateral astigmatism treated with glasses to those who were merely observed.
