Abstract

With the advent of new types of alkali resistant glass fibres and advances in cement matrix formulation, the application of Glass Fibre Reinforced Cement (GRC) composites has been extended in a big way. GRC, as it stands today, is not just one composite, but a generic name covering a wide range of materials and the developments are taking place at a rapid pace.
