Abstract
Skvamozni karcinom penisu je vzacně se vyskytujici onemocněni, ktere postihuje teměř výhradně starsi neobřezane muže. Verukozni karcinom je poměrně raritni varianta skvamozniho karcinomu, ktera se tvoři pouze v 5–16 % karcinomů penisu. V nasledujici kazuistice jsme popsali nahodný nalez verukozniho karcinomu penisu u 60leteho muže, který podstoupil cirkumcizi a pro nalez nadoru byla pacientovi provedena glansektomie.
