GIS를 활용한 백두대간·정맥 추출 및 환경성평가 방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 첫째, 실질적인 백두대간 및 정맥의 현황 및 관리 방안을 마련하기 위하여 능선축 대한 용어를 우선적으로 구분하였다. 둘째, 기존 발간된 종이지도, 산경표를 바탕으로 우리나라 백두대간 및 정맥 현황을 정리하였다. 셋째, 항공사진, 위성영상 및 수치지도 등을 바탕으로 하는 지리정보시스템을 활용하여 한북정맥, 한남정맥 및 금북정맥 등의 전국에 걸친 정맥을 재정립하였다. 분석의 정확성을 위하여 최신 수치지도로부터 DEM, 음영기복도, 경사도, 곡율도 및 경사 방향도를 기초자료로 분석하였다. 추출과정을 세밀히 분석하여 기존 백두대간을 보정 하였으며 신규로 정맥들을 추출하였다. 또한 백두대간 및 정맥 주변의 자연환경 현황을 분석하기 위하여 생태 자연도 등급 분포 현황을 능선축으로 1km 이내로 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내외 산능선부 관리제도에 대한 정책적 사항을 제안하고, 백두대간 및 정맥 이용 개발 시 환경성평가 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 정규화 되지 못했던 백두대간 및 정맥을 지리정보시스템을 활용하여 정리하고 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 산지능선 관리에 대한 정책적 연계 및 주요 능선축의 이용개발 시 환경성평가 방안을 모색하기 위한 연구라고 할 수 있다. This study has specified terminology for mountain ridgeline, and organized the present condition of Korean mountain ridgeline and empirical management measures of Beakdudeagan and Jeongmeak. Moreover, based on previously published paper maps, mountain map, and numerical maps, this study has used GIS to reorganize Jeongmaek of Korea, including Hanbukjeongmaek, Hannamjeongmaek, and Gumbukjoengmaek. To ensure accuracy, DEM, Shaded Relief Image, gradient, curvature, and aspect have been analyzed from recent numerical maps. On extraction process, this study analyzes more specifically the results, previous Beakdudaegan is modified and new Jeongmaeks have been extracted. Moreover, for analyzing natural environment of surrounding of major mountain ridgeline, ecological zoning grade of mountain ridgeline is analyzed. With the analyzed result, domestic and foreign mountain ridgeline management policy is suggested, and environmental impact assessment method for major mountain ridgeline development is also suggested. In this study, Baekdudaegan and its Jeongmaek are organized and analyzed. With the results, this study suggested political linkage of mountain ridgelines and guidelines for environmental impact assessment of ridgeline development.
