Abstract

In view of my new critical edition of Jordanes Getica for A.L.M.A. (Les Belles Lettres), I write in this short note about the confusiones locutionum duarum registered in Mommsen’ Lexica et grammatica, 183a. I believe that with more attentive consideration not only of first, but also of second and third family of ms. tradition, it is possible to establish the original text in easier way than the famous german scholar made, in the language of Jordanes about which I wright in other search about Getica.
