Abstract

The objective scientific understanding of giftedness is a necessary foundation for efficient production and development of human capital as a critically important resource of community existence. This issue of “Social Phenomena” continues the series dedicated to the interrelation between giftedness and identity. The joint result of the contributors’ efforts reflects rather coherently the cognition logic of giftedness as a social phenomenon.
