Abstract
A case of giant diverticulum of the sigmoid colon, manifesting as pain and abdominal mass is presented. The contrast enhanced CT showed the sigmoid diverticulum as a lesion with air-contrast medium–fluid levels. The case is reported because of its rare CT presentation (air–fluid + fluid–fluid level).
