Abstract
Pericardial cysts are an uncommon benign congenital anomaly that constitutes 5–10% of all mediastinal lesions. Most patients are asymptomatic and cysts are detected incidentally on chest radiographs or echocardiography. But some of them can present symptoms and complications can occur. Computed tomography is actually the imaging technique of choice to diagnose pericardial cysts.
